Contestants will compete in  equal categories: Personal Interview, Fun Fashion,  Active Wear & Evening Wear.  This years Judges will include some of pageantry’s most successful people.

If chosen Queen, you will have the thrill of reigning over the 45th Annual West Virginia Three Rivers Festival May 23-25 in Fairmont, WV, make appearances throughout the Mountain State along side your sister queens AND win a prize package valued over $5,000! 2024 Queen prize package includes a $500 Cash Prize,  the opportunity of representation at the 2025 West Virginia Association of Fairs & Festivals Pageant &  fully paid entry to the  2024 Miss West Virginia USA® Pageant. During your reign you will make appearances throughout the Mountain State on the Festivals Queens float with the Queens Court.

If you are chosen as the Teen Queen, you will also reign along side the Queens Court during the  45th Annual West Virginia Three Rivers Festival May 23-25th in Fairmont, while making appearances throughout the state,  win a fantastic prize package valued over $4000, including a  $250 cash prize and the opportunity to compete in the 2024 Miss West Virginia Teen USA® Pageant!

**Teen Contestants must be at least 14 and under 19 years of age January 1st  2024 in the year they hope to compete in the Miss Teen USA pageant. 

***Queen Contestants must be at least 18 and under 28 years of age before January 1st 2025 in the year they hope to compete in the Miss USA pageant.

****WVAFF Representative must meet the requirements  to compete
