Contestants will compete in  equal categories:
Personal Interview, Fun Fashion &  Evening Wear. 
Teen & Queen contestants will additionally compete in :
Active Wear & On Stage Question 

This years Judges will include some of pageantry’s most successful people.

You will have the thrill of reigning over the 47th Annual West Virginia Three Rivers Festival May 21-23rd in Fairmont, WV, make appearances throughout the Mountain State along side your sister queens.

2026 Queen prize package includes a $500 Cash Prize,  the opportunity of representation at the 2027 West Virginia Association of Fairs & Festivals Pageant &  fully paid entry to the  2026 Miss West Virginia USA® Pageant.

2026 Teen, will also reign along side the Queens Court during the   Annual West Virginia Three Rivers Festival,  win a fantastic prize package valued over $4000, including a  $250 cash prize and the opportunity to compete in the 2025 Miss West Virginia Teen USA® Pageant!

Jr. Teen will receive a prize package valued over $1200, and compete in West Virginia's State Pageant. 

**Teen Contestants must be at least 14 and under 19 years of age January 1st  2026 in the year they hope to compete in the Miss Teen USA pageant. 

***Queen Contestants must be at least 18 and under 28 years of age before January 1st 2027 in the year they hope to compete in the Miss USA pageant.
