Rules and Regulations of the WV Three Rivers Festival People's Choice Award: Only 1 contestant from combined Junior royalty contestants will win this award. proceeds are donated to the organization benefiting pageants costs. winner of contestant does not result in the final outcome of the pageant results. I further acknowledge that no refunds will be provided for any reason. no further donated funds may be received once a contestant(s) chooses to voluntarily withdrawal from the pageant/ competition upon notification of staff.  the parent(s) or guardian(s) or spectators must always insure the proper conduct of their child in final outcome.  Any improper misconduct could result in the dismissal of the child/ contestant(s) from any or all future activities.
